  • Gratitude AM

Have you ever noticed that some people seem to be able to maintain a relatively positive attitude regardless of what’s happening around them?

Well it’s time to increase your ability to maintain a positive attitude in your life, even in the face of significant stress.

Gratitude really does have a huge impact on your attitude. In fact it has been proven to:

    – Increase a persons resilience
    – Improve health and wellbeing
    – Allows you to have better relationships
    – Increase the level of success you can achieve
    – Inspire and motivate people around you

And really just enjoy great happiness and become the best person you can be.

So as part of your morning routine look to integrate Gratitude into it.

Think of 3 – 5 things you are grateful for having in your life each day. These do not have to be new things every day, it’s fine to have things you repeat from time to time.

They could be as simple as being grateful that the fact you are doing this course means you are better off than 85% of the population on the planet. It could be that you woke up fit and healthy today, it could be thankful for all the amazing people you have in your life, that you have clean running water, that you have a roof over your head…

The list goes on and don’t overthink it, just see what comes to mind and it will get easier as the days and weeks go on.

Remember this is about changing your attitude for the better and by focusing on what you have instead of what you don’t have, you will really start to see the world and life in general in a more positive light.
