Exercise 3

  • Create Your Bucket List

Open the 101 Goals worksheet and make your copy so you can edit within drive.

Think about roughly 101 things you want to BE, DO and HAVE in your lifetime. Remember we say 101 as a baseline, if you can only think of 60 – 70 right now that’s fine. The reality is as you go through life your bucket list will be constantly updated and growing.

In fact if you start early enough your bucket list could well be up past 1000… Some food for thought!

Think Big and do not hold back. Let go of all thinking around possibilities and practicalities, get creative and remember you can have anything you want in this world if you’re willing to go and get it.

Do your best to have goals in all 8 areas of life. It doesn’t have to be even however you need to touch on all 8 areas to create that balance in your life.

Above all else, have fun with the process. This is your life we are talking about so enjoy making this and better yet, enjoy ticking them off over the years to come!
