    Every night right down the 5 most important things you will get done tomorrow in order of importance from 1 to 5 and work through them the following day.

    Set a specific goal in one of the 8 areas of your life to be completed by the end of the week

  • Complete the Wheel of Life

    Download the wheel of life and print it out. Rate yourself in all 8 areas of your life with where you are today. Mark on the scale from 0 – 10 in all 8 areas and join the dots to see how close you are to having a circle and how much balance you have in your life right now.

    Take note of the areas you are both strongest and also where you are weakest so you know where to focus your efforts in the immediate future. Make sure you place the date in the top left hand corner as you should be filing this out every 90 days.

  • Your Private Journal Setup

    Head into the forum and make sure all your privacy settings and time zone settings are setup correctly.

    Then go and post your first private journal entry in your blog and do you best to post on the following 4 things:

    1 – One new lesson your learnt today
    2 – Progres & Insights from the Kaizen Success System
    3 – Daily gratitude x 3 plus
    4 – Your emotions & how you’re feeling about life in general
